PHILIP F. HSIN and his family fled Phnom Penh, Cambodia, just days before its fall to the Khmer Rouge. They were the first Cambodian refugee family to arrive in Portland, Oregon.
After more than three successful decades spent in the corporate world, Philip is now focused on spending time with his two children and on his passion projects.
He was most recently a managing director at PGIM, one of the largest global asset management firms. He also held senior positions at Capital International, Barclays Global Investors, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
He earned a BS in finance and behavioral sciences from Oregon State and an executive MBA from Northwestern University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Philip is also a member of the Panel of Community Advisors to Honour (Singapore), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting a culture of honor and honorable behavior for the well-being of Singapore.
